Heaven's Palm Boxing's NAA (nah - ah) Program is a training program especially geared toward helping targeted females protect themselves from being raped.
It is estimated that one in every six women in the
US will be the victim of a rape or an attempted rape in her lifetime.
In helping out the community, Coach Melvin's has created the NAA Program as an effective deterrent to this often occurring situation.
In the NAA Program many of the techniques are very vicious, and only basic techniques will be shown on this page. The REAL techniques are taught privately, so as to preclude would-be rapists from second-guessing your defensive counters.
