The Practice Schedule below is only for Heaven's Palm Boxing students. The practice schedules can be downloaded and printed out so that you can keep track of what days to come to practice. Also, it is very important that you print out "The Basics" so that you have a complete understanding of the Qigong exercises we do at the beginning of each practice session. Use,"The Basics" as a reference sheet you can constantly refer to. Bring it to class if you'd like and read it prior to joining in with the Qigong practice.
If you come to class a few minutes late, while we are in the Power Standing position, please do not disturb the teacher or the students, just take your place (join in) and begin scanning^ your body. All classes: Tai Chi Chuan, Yoga, and Kungfu, will betin with the 15-minute Power Standing.
