The Practice Schedule below is only for Heaven's Palm Boxing students, and is posted here so that students can keep track of what days we have practice. Also, it is very important that you print out "The Basics" so that you have a complete understanding of the Qigong exercises. Use,"The Basics" as a reference sheet. Refer to it often and practice it consistently in order to nourish your chi.

All classes: Tai Chi Chuan, Kungfu, will begin with a 5-minute Power Standing (Qigong). However, to get the full benefits of this excellent health exercise, you should work up to practicing it several times a week, or daily if you can, for approximately 15 minutes. To receive SUPERIOR benefits from it and develop a tremendous amount of internal energy, half-hour to 45 minutes will give you internal strength beyond the normal comprehension of the average person.
