 Be Nutrition-Wise
This section is to help inform you of many things about nutrition that way too many people are uninformed or misinformed about. All of the information here is from credible and professional sources. We feel that the FDA, the medical profession, and the multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical industry—a jaggernaut—takes bold steps to keep this type of information very low-key in order to continue peddaling their harmful chemicals that actually kills multiple thousands of people annually—see NO DEATHS below for statistics. Please, for the sake of your own health take this information to heart.
Also, VERY IMPORTANT! Here are two of the most important things you can do for your body and for your health.
Stay far away from hydrogenated oil or “trans fats.” Hydrogenated fats are man-made fats and are by far the worst fat you can eat. Not only do they increase “bad” LDL cholesterol, they actually lower your “good” HDL cholesterol. They also promote weight gain, decrease insulin sensitivity and increase oxidative stress in the body. Don’t drink soda. Each 12 oz can of soda contains nearly ten teaspoons of sugar which is the entire daily recommended limit. Flooding the body with all that sugar suppresses the immune system and triggers inflammation. Drinking as little as one can of soda per day is associated with a 48 percent increased risk of "metabolic syndrome" which plays a major role in heart disease and diabetes. And, just in case you are thinking that diet soda is any better…it’s not. Studies show that people who drink diet soda are more likely to become overweight than those who drink regular soda. Want a really good alternative? Green tea. With so many delicious varieties both hot and cold available, it’s easy to get the antioxidant, detoxifying and metabolism-boosting benefits every day.

NO DEATHS From Vitamins or Minerals Poison Control Statistics Prove Supplements' Safety
(OMNS,
October 14, 2009) There was not even one death caused by a vitamin or
dietary mineral in 2007, according to the most recent statistics
available from the U.S. National Poison Data System. The 132-page
annual report of the American Association of Poison Control Centers
published in the journal Clinical Toxicology shows zero deaths from
multiple vitamins; zero deaths from any of the B vitamins; zero deaths
from vitamins A, C, D, or E; and zero deaths from any other vitamin. (1) Furthermore,
there were zero deaths in 2007 from any dietary mineral supplement.
This means there were no fatalities from calcium, chromium, zinc,
colloidal silver, selenium, iron, or multimineral supplements. There
was one death from chronic overdose of magnesium hydroxide, commonly
known as the laxative/antacid milk of magnesia, and it was
inappropriately listed in the "dietary supplement" reporting category.
Nutritional supplements do not contain magnesium hydroxide. Over
half of the U.S. population takes daily nutritional supplements. Even
if each of those people took only one single tablet daily, that makes
154,000,000 individual doses per day, for a total of over 56 billion
doses annually. Since many persons take more than just one vitamin or
mineral tablet, the numbers are considerably higher, and the safety of
nutritional supplements is all the more remarkable. 61
poison centers provide coast-to-coast data for the U.S. National Poison
Data System, which is then reviewed by 29 medical and clinical
toxicologists. In 2007, NPDS reported 1,597 fatalities from drugs and
other ingested materials. Not one death was due to a vitamin or dietary
mineral supplement. If nutritional
supplements are allegedly so "dangerous," as the FDA and the news media
so often claim, then where are the bodies? References: (1)

VITAMIN C: Thanks to Linus Pauling, vitamin C remains America's number one choice for
enhancing immunity. Studies suggest that vitamin C may influence interferon
production and have a stimulating effect on phagocyte activity. Interferon is a
protein produced as the body's first line of defense against viral infection.
Phagocytes, which have been called the "Pac Men" of the immune
system, digest and destroy pathogens. The ability of vitamin C to shorten the
duration and lessen the severity of colds is now commonly acknowledged.
However, in 1997, vitamin C researched Dr. Harri Hemilae found a 30 percent
decrease in the number of common cold episodes among those using 1,000 mg or
more of the vitamin. There is one important caveat: This held true only with
people who were under physical stress or who initially had a low dietary intake
of vitamin C. (According to the article in the British Journal of Nutrition, Dr. Hemilae reviewed
studies involving 5,000 cold episodes). In situations where a comparison
was made between vitamin C users and those taking a placebo, there was no
difference in the incidence of colds but chest colds and throat colds were less
likely to develop. Work completed by Elliot Dick, professor of preventive
medicine at the University of Wisconsin Medical School, long ago showed similar
results. Dr. Dick postulated that vitamin C may interfere with virus
transmission in some way. intake can be
determined by a method called "bowel tolerance." Begin by taking
vitamin C hourly in increments of 500 mgs. When the bowels become loose, drop
the dose back by 500 mgs and the daily intake is established. Tolerance for
vitamin C is not constant and the body will use much more when it is actively
fighting an illness. The bowel tolerance method can be eliminated altogether by
taking "Ester C," a patented type of buffered vitamin C which gets
into the tissues more quickly and stays there longer.

GINGER:
Although well known as a
pleasant tasting cooking spice, it is not so widely known that ginger has been
used for thousands of years, worldwide, for its numerous potent healing
benefits. Ginger is an especially wonderful ally because its healing benefits
are particular to so many of our daily health concerns. Probably best known as
a superb digestive aid and nausea reliever, ginger also helps heal ulcers,
supports cardiovascular health, reduces pain and inflammation, and speeds
recovery from colds and flu while reducing fevers. Additionally, the National
Cancer Institute has recently identified ginger as one of the top ten foods
offering the highest levels of anti-cancer activity. Most importantly, ginger
accomplishes all these without the side effects associated with drugs.
Taking "Gingerforce" a powerful liquid extract by the New Chapter Company provides you with the following numerous,
and valuable health benefits:
- Supports
healthy digestion, offering 180 times the protein digesting power of
papaya
- Soothes
digestion
- Contains
at least 12 anti-aging constituents that inactivate free radicals
- Supports
blood platelet health and cardiovascular function
- Enhances
natural resistance for cold and flu
- Reduces
inflammation
- Twenty-two
known constituents inhibit inflammatory 5-lipoxygenase, supports prostate
health
- May
increase absorption and utilization of other nutrients and herbs by as
much as 2 to 2.5 times.

The oil from the tea tree

and surrounding areas has enjoyed a long history of use for a variety of
ailments. Its medicinal properties has long been known to aboriginal peoples in
Australia
and other areas. During WWII, the Australian army used it as an essential
medical supply with which to treat wounds.
More recent years has
seen a rebirth in the overall use of tea tree oil for its medicinal
capabilities. Tea tree oil possesses significant antiseptic properties and is
highly regarded as an ideal topical disinfectant. These claims are backed by
research showing its efficacy in inhibiting a number of organisms, as well as
its lack of irritation to the skin and other membranes. Research shows that tea
tree oils can inhibit the activity of organisms such as Candida albicans,
Staphlycoccus aureus, Trichomonas vaginalis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
The list of both
historical and modern uses of tea tree oil is impressive: athlete's foot,
boils, burns, gingivitis, herpes, nail infections, insect bites, lice,
